Unless this is a paid offering, too many people will request this 'just for giggles'... then change email address and fail to update their sendto address, leaving OpenDNS holding the bag trying to managed bounced email issues.

Lets pay some money! In a business context, it would be useful to have prompt notification of blocked pages - especially if one could configure which categories were notifiable: phishing? no. adware? no. porn? maybe. IM? probably. - something end users might not bother mentioning but that has implications.

A business can afford to pay.

How about a fee for 3 yrs notifications, say £20 / $45 - keep the administration as simple as possible whilst funding a useful gizmo for all - the fewer diverts to those funding but dubious yahoo search results the better.

Its a good idea. I don't mind paying for it as long as it has a valid use.

This is currently available with the Enterprise service, though we may offer it as an upgradeable option for the Deluxe service in the future.
