you already can, it's called the white-list.
Yes but I don't want users I allow to bypass sites to be able to change other settings. A password/User list would be great. I may not want to whitelist a domain for the whole network.
YES YES, There are times I need to access a website that is blocked and I can only get to it by changing my DNS servers clearing the cache and remembering to reverse the process when I am finished. The password should only work on that machine until the browser is closed if possible. Or give us a good way to black the domain again

This type of feature is actually required for full CIPA compliance for Libraries. CIPA states that any user 17 and older must be provided with a convenient method to bypass all content filtering upon request.

I agree as the administrator I need to go up to the 3rd floor to be able to open my email. i dont want employees to be able to open but just put in a apssword when I am at the station.
