I think that there should be a category that defines sites known to scam people.

There are a lot of these, and I think that users should be informed about these, such sites as lottery scams, business scams, etc...

Scam sites like www.my-internet-payday.com are not quite phishing sites, but people should be able to get protection from them using OpenDNS too
