We at IYCC.net also vote FOR. We sell a network management solution that includes DNS management. We would very much like to have multiple usernames for our account, with varying levels (probably four) of privileges. As it is, we are forced to share the username and password within the office, which is bad practice and carries a morale hazard of a relaxed attitude towards password security.
The four levels of privileges we envision are:
Account Administrators (full authority over account, with rights to create users and assign privileges)
Network Administrators (set up and administer networks and settings)
Content Administrators (administer filters)
Monitors (view stats and logs)
SonicWall
If you want pro features you should pony up for pro equipment/services. I don't need them and I don't want to have to pay for those that do.

I would like that teaching staff be able to white list a site they need, or blacklist a site without involving me.
