I purpose this idea as I see allot, not somewhat or a little bit. But tons of non-weapons related content in the Weapons Category. Martial Arts, are sanctioned sports. As is boxing, tennis, football, baseball, etc. I understand many people want to filter this content. With out filtering the Sports category. I feel it is worthy of it's own i.e. Combat Sports category.

This category proposal makes good sense. Some forms of the martial arts do not use handheld weapons.
I see no reason any martial art site to be blocked - I used hand held weapons in my training. Why would you wanna block a site with 'hand held weapons'?
Imo, the intended or contextual use of hands, feet and weapons should be the common divider, not the word itself.
For the same reason I just suggested a new category, 'Military', which seemed to me obvious. Military weapons and gear, military graveyards, webpages about m. departments, commemoratives like medals, graveyards, special forces, contractors etc.
To have a special category 'weapons' would only make sense if (many) users want to block sites from weapon manufacturers, (re-)sellers and exhibitions of weaponry, but NOT sites that mention the use of weapons f.i. sites about martial-arts, damage-research or rope-cutting skills.
