Been reading how people are wanting to block things like images & thumbnails etc.. OpenDNS isn't really for this. My suggestion since many people do not have there own local proxy server, is there a place for a community based Proxy server based on the OpenDNS concept?

Firefox has image blocking built it, plus you can install other stuff such as adblock plus that will block images, frames, flash, etc. I run squid on my local network and it blocks ads from over 2500 domains, plus blocks adware/spyware/malware from another 16000 domains. I personally don't see the need for another proxy service.
@billso, yes TOR is awesome, but it doesnt help you block things. it is more for getting around those blocks.... hehehe
@geeknik, yeah i agree fully, adblock plus does the trick for me, without any need for a proxy, and squid is easy enough to set up if needed.
yes, proxy is open holes for the hacking of OpenDNS. It will break any block solution.
How powerful of OpenDNS if it can indenty an user using proxy.
