currently there is popular, fresh (new), Hall of Fame (those implemented) and submit (new ideas). but there is one section i propose is missing 'Approved / In the works' these being ideas that OpenDns have thought 'right like that idea but can't implement it at the moment', being developed, or it is due a launch soon.
This section could be either the ideas duplicated / moved to the page or just a weekly list of what OpenDns is doing (say on the blog)
For example: Education Insitutions, Financial Insitutions, Parked Domains and the other recent additions were added rather quietly while it should been possibly blogged about likewise desire to add certain ideas asap.
