When a site fails to resolve, the message should not be "You tried to visit www.somesite.com, which is not loading" It is not resolving!! Not loading is when a site resolves and then the server fails to serve the page. If you need to dumb the message down say "You tried to visit www.somesite.com, which could not be located". At least then I will know it was actually a failure to resolve or look up.
