Suggestion: Create multiple set's of nameservers per filetering level. So there is no need for configuring an account.

In this scenario the need for 'dynamic ip address update software' will also be eliminated! Only in the case where someone wants more control like custom site blocking, stats, etc one could choose to configure an account/install software.
