It would be helpful for many users (including me) to block as many domains as they want or maybe an option block all dns and use a whitelist to select any others that don't. I know that opendns is not a block dns service but you may consider to add this service as aditional, it would be wonderful for companies that can pay it.

I had another thought about this. It would take a little reading on your part, but it would be moderately easy to do.

Check out BIND; there is a Windows version if you need it. You can set up your own, internal DNS server. That DNS server will have nothing in it. Add entries for your whitelist.

From your firewall, block all port 53 (DNS) activity. You'll have a whitelist of web sites.

How about being able to wildcard the block domains list.

openDNS should just add an 'uncategorized' catagory which would block everything, then you can add sites to 'Manage individual domains' and select 'never block', and you got yourself a whitelist
