Ease the ability to always allow based on Content Filter for sites that may qualify for multiple categories. For example firefox.com
As a Software and Technology Site I do not believe this should qualify as a Non-Profit. This maybe Open Source and the Company may not directly charge for software and accept contributions for software development. This site is dedicated to Software and Technology and I would not like to have it blocked by my Non-Profit Content Filter. I do know I can whitelist it but some Open Source sites are not classified as Non-Profit and Some are. I would be glad to assist in adding other open source/non-profit technology companies to the non-profit filter if we could adjust the way filtering occurs. i.e. if I always want to access Software/technology sites even if they are classified as non-profit and not have to whitelist each and every site.

I would suggest then that you help with the domain tagging of such sites. If you do not believe a category is appropriate like you state above, and the category is not yet decided then vote no. If it is decided try marking it for review. Of course you can also whitelist the individual domains - yes I know not ideal but I highly doubt when you think about it fully that you would want an 'Always allow' option based on categories.

I would love to see category white listing (always allow), but you will see the categories are to generic for this to be effective. White list drugs to read about prescriptions, but end up allowing children to research illicit drug use.
I agree the non-profit / Open Source has gone to far. Just because the source code is "free" OF LICENSE. Does not mean that those companies are non-profits. The reality is many of them are FOR PROFIT CORPORATIONS, that make money by offering support contracts, selling commercial (propitiatory add-ons), hardware, and/or maintenance/management contracts.
