Many people have their own site, not categorized has blog. The best definition is "personal site".

I just suggested a "Hobby/Interest" category for pages that don't contain content classifiable by other categories; I was thinking this would be broad enough to encompass personal web sites (which are not blogs or forums). I think one category is enough, whether it is called "Personal" or "Hobby/Interest".
