It would imo be nice to have a small comment-area to leave short info (maybe max 80 char) about the domain when submitting it for tagging, e.g "used by spammers" or "torrent server on port 8080, nothing on port 80", etc.
Intended for making it easier for other people to understand why this domain was added to those categories. Maybe the comment-area can remain open for anyone to add to or edit when new info appears. This would probably help people make a more fair judgment and vote for domains according to what it really does, not only based on what it at first view appears to do.

Nice idea, and it would be useful to also integrate a comment rating system as well similar to this Idea Bank.

I like this. Occasionally I will find an odd Pornography tag on seemingly legitimate sites. I never can tell if that content is buried somewhere on the site or if the tag was misapplied. Having a comment from the submitter and other reviewers could improve the community's ability to better categorize sites.
BTW, there is also an idea available for a confidence rating for submitted pages: http://ideabank.opendns.com/story.php?title=Confidence_levels_within_categories

This is great. So many of these anonymous proxy sites have a generic landing page, and somewhere hidden on the site is a anonymous proxy php or cgi script.
There is no way for me to know to submit my vote that I agree the site is anonymous proxy.
This is a must have feature, imo. Just a small tweet line saying something like "anonymous proxy on aaa.somesite.bz/sc/a/3/index.pxp
I agree. There are a quite a few domains that host tons of porn on directories several levels below the home page but on the home page there is nothing to make you think there is something dodgy about it, given that there is no direct link from the home page to the questionable content as it's only ever accessed through other sites.
Being able to give an example of where that content lies on the domain would make it easier to tag it correctly.

One of the few good ideas I've seen posted in here - it will never take hold. Too many with power and too afraid to have to explain why they block what they block.
