If you try to submit a duplicate Domain you get the message Already in Category. This could also automatically place a Yes vote for that Domain/Cat.

The categories are so generic that many legit sites will fall through the cracks and be blocked. This is bad if these categories are used in a school.

Domains should be automatically added to ones always block/never block list when one votes for a tag if the tag is from a chosen category.

I think the sites that are approved for a category should be removed from the list of that category so we only see sites that NEED to be voted on.
